In this 2-hour live interactive workshop, Kena will guide you through a series of questions and exercised to help you reflect on the past year, get clear on where you want to go and identify what you need to support you towards that journey. The workshop also includes a short visualization meditation. Give yourself the space and time to pause and explore what direction you'd like to take your life this year. The time will pass no matter what, what if you were intentional about what you created this year?
